With Vaccination Phase 3 starting from MAY 1

For - Adults aged 18-44

The registration for the same starts today. 

Here is the complete information for the same. 

Where, When and How to register

Where to Register? 

Those above 18 can register on CoWIN platform or Aarogya Setu app starting from today that is 28th April. 

The Vaccination starts from Monday; May 1st, 2021.

All appointments have to be made in advance; this time there is no walk-in facility available (as per current guidelines). 

Unlike Phase 1 and 2 only self-registration is allowed in phase 3.

Moreover you can register from umang site/app of government. 

When to register? 

The registration for Phase 3 Vaccination drive for adults aged 18-44 starts from today, that is, Wednesday 28th April, 2021.

How to Register? 

Step by step guide for registration via CoWin

• Visit cowin.gov.in

• Tap on 'Register/Sign in' 

• Enter your 10 digit mobile no. to get OTP. 

• Enter the received OTP to verify. 

• Once verified the page for vaccination registration will open. 

• Enter all required details including your name, gender, year of dirth, and photo I'd proof. 

• After entering your details crosscheck it and click 'Register'. 

• Schedule Vaccine Appointment. 

• Once registered, you'll get the option to schedule an appointment. 

• Enter your pin code and click 'Search'. 

• The centers in the pin code will show up, select the date & time and click on 'Confirm'. 

• Confirmation of appointment. 

• You can now download your appointment slip. 

• The appointment is also shared as SMS on the registered mobile number. 

• After your COVID-19 vaccination is complete, you will get a reference ID through which you can download your certificate for the vaccination form CoWIN website or the Aarogya Setu app. 

Step by Step guide for registration via Aarogya Setu app

• Download the app and open it once installed. 

• On the app's home screen click on Vaccination tab. 

• Select 'Vaccination Registration' & enter your phone number. 

• Then enter and verify the OTP generated. 

• Then you'll be directed to the Registration of Vaccination page. 

• Now follow the same step as mention above in the section of 'Step by step guide for registration via Coming

Documents Required for Registration

Either of the below mention documents can be used as a photo ID proof to register for vaccination. 

• Aadhaar Card

• Driving Licence

• PAN Card

• Passport

• Pension Passbook

• Voter ID Card

• NPR Smart Card
