During the pre-historic era there were large mammals living on land and in waters, and there bones and remains are found till dates, after millions of years.

They used to be so big and strong that their bones takes millions & millions of years to decompose.

Biggest Organisms That Ever Lived: 

• Pelagornis Sandersi - Its a seabird, scientists have identified its bones as the largest flying bird ever lived. Having a wingspan of 21-30 feets, thats equal to length of an average school bus.
• Gigsntopithecus Blacki - Its one of the largest ape that ever existed, with as tall as 11 feet, and weighting 1,100 pounds.
• Argentinosaurus - The largest land animal ever found, weighting 70,000 kg and 35m in height. They were once ruling the land 90 Million years ago.
• Paraceratherium - A large rhinoceros like looking mammal stretching over 26 feet in length and with a weight of 32,000 kg that's five times the weight of an average African elephant.
• Ichthyosaurus - 110 Millions years ago this marine animal was ruling the waters; having a size of 3 times an average blue whale. You must know this species if you have watched the Jurassic World movie.
